KATE’s kitchen

Was founded with a great passion and knowledge for food and event planning. Kate and her team are professionally trained chefs and event managers able to create a special experience for bespoke catering events, meal planning and new openings’ consultancy.

Kate grew up in Tuscany, Italy with her British parents where the love for food started at an early age. She moved to London in her early twenties to attend Leiths school of food and wine. She then went on working in high end restaurants in London and Europe, managed new openings and worked as a private chef and event organiser. Kate worked at reinventing the kitchen at Sunbeam Studios, UK’s most sustainable photo, film and event space; managed further restaurant and café openings, creating concepts and menus, food costing, recruitment and training.

In 2018 Kate opened her own company providing private chef and catering services around the world, cooking for families in their households, luxury holiday villas and organising events, workshops and retreats. 

In the kitchen she loves to create allergen free and nutritious recipes, researching alternative ingredients that still result in delicious and tasty dishes. Her style of cooking reflects her upbringing and the experience of working with different cuisines around the world. An important focus is on sourcing the best quality, seasonal and ethically sourced produce and minimal food waste. With a strong base, knowledge and technique you can create wonderful things!
