Açaí Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1 - Gluten free, Vegan


Ingredients

  • 2 tsp açaí powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • handful of frozen berries

  • to top - coconut flakes, seeds,

    nuts and berries


Put the açaí powder, banana, berries and about 50 ml of water into a powerful blender.

Blitz until smooth, pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.
